Do we accept insurance?

For Occupational Therapy Services we accept Aetna, BCBS, and Cigna. We do not accept Medicare or Medicaid at this time.

We do not currently accept insurance for Speech services. Feeding therapy cases are decided on a case-by-case basis.

What if my insurance is different?

Don't worry! We can provide you with a super bill which means you'll pay for your services up front and we will provide you a receipt that you can submit to insurance for reimbursement. Reimbursement rates vary depending on your insurance.

What if I don't have insurance?

Come talk with us. We offer some sliding scale and pro-bono services.

What are your rates for private pay?

Rates effective March 1st, 2025

Occupational therapy: $250 for evaluations and reports.
$180/55 min. for 1-on-1 treatment sessions.
Feeding therapy: $115/session.
Executive function Coaching: $40/30 min. or $80/hr.
Speech Therapy: $100/session.
IEP Advocacy: $80/hr.
Parent Support Call: $40/30min. $80/hr.
Career Counseling: $35/30min.
Summer Intensive: 5 sessions for $650.
